This place is amazing. As a patient they do communicate well. I asked to speak to the director on somethings I needed answered and she met with me. She told me why things happen as they do. Give them a chance. I was there thus week and they are amazing. They have places for kids to play while u wait you can relax in the lobby and watch TV. They do have wifi. Your help answer and care is all about how you provide them with what you need to know as well. They have the green way trail right by which I love people I see help me with walking down it and taking it helps me open up. Also my councilor asks me about my fiscal spiritual and mental health. Which helps because they all have something to do with a persons daily progress in life. Definitely try them.

I'm giving this three stars because I believe it to be unfair to give it a 1 star rating since I never actually followed through with my appointment, and this is why: I was recommended to see a therapist for anxiety here by my doctor. I love my doctor and would take her word on anything and put my faith in this place. I show up for my 1:30 appointment at 1:14. I went ahead and wrote 1:15 on the sign in sheet just to make it more convenient. And I waited for a whole hour. I waited one whole hour without anybody asking me what I was there for, or acknowledging my existence. After one whole hour, I go back up to the front to see there was a change in command (apparently the lady #1 there before was covering for lady #2's lunch). I tell lady #2 that I've been waiting for an appointment at 1:30. She sighs the loudest exasperated sigh. I sit back down. And she then tells me I wasn't checked in until 1:25. Bullshit. I was there 11 minutes prior. Don't tell me I just barely made my appointment. She also tells me she will call whomever my therapist was supposed to be and let them know I was here and I see her do so. Then a few more minutes pass and she hands me this big stack of paper work to fill out. I was tired of waiting around, not knowing what was going on, and the apparent sass I was getting from this place put me over the edge. I left. I put the paperwork back on the counter and said don't worry about. I put my trust in this place to help me with my anxiety and my first impression just about gave me an anxiety attack. I had to cry and smoke two cigarettes in the parking lot before I left.
